lol, previous month i was still like... too bad monk in GW only look eastern with no kung fu or anything... well, they prove me wrong...

I say it is capoeira because i recognize the moves and they are all capoeira: the jump and sweep kick especially. (alot of capoeira moves in WWF Smackdown). The male monk does something i dont recognize though, i think its something monks do -_-
either way if some one wants to research this and get back here to say what they are, go ahead, im not wholly sure, just guessing

Definitely not Capoeira. Her moves (and the male monks) were variations of classic Chinese kung-fu (although I believe the female version was a weapons form originally). Capoeira has more of a rhythmic motion.
Of course this is only my opinion, but here is why I have at least some knowledge in the area. My martial arts background is primarily karate. I'm currently working on my thesis in Art History, more specifically dealing with the global and cross-cultural transfer of the arts via means of warfare and conflict. I've done several graduate level papers on the cross-cultural development of the martial arts, concentrating on the root forms and changes made as the forms travelled. Again, I'm by no means the absolute authority on this, but I feel confident in my assessment in this particular case.

I recognize the moves, too. It's probably just something they smacked together. We have those moves, too, in Kung-fu. Capoeira did not invent them. We don't know who did, but Capoeira's a fairly young art (relatively).
It reminds me of Drunken, to me... Especially one of the 8 Immortals, but I still can't remember her name.

Pulp Fiction being my favorite movie, the female Warrior took the cake.

Hmm, I still dont understand how is that close to capoeira than chinese kung fu unless capoeira borrow so much from chinese kung fu kata... I mean, I dont see capoeira sitting down in the middle... oh well
According to some source, india had the oldest form of martial art... Chinese didn't have shaolin before buddism were introduce there... Other form of chinese martial art were invented after the shaolin. Which made sense that India might have been the one who first invented martial art. However, even thou chinese didnt invent martial art... they were the most developed in it.
